Spectacular Shelly! I needed to unblock a cheque to be re-posted and because it was morning and my brain wasn't in gear yet, I asked Shelly what info she needed to un-block that amount and that cheque. While we were talking, Shelly said that she knew who I was and she had effected that change. WOW, talking about maneuvering in stealth mode with a cheery friendly disposition.

In the process of setting up an account with TD, went into the bank foe verification of identification and the teller I had the pleasure of working with was very friendly, informative and helpful in getting all the paperwork completed and the accounts set up

I dont go in very often, mostly bank online. I had a few banking challenges and had to go into the bank for help. The tellers have all been very friendly and the bank manager has gone out of her way to help. Excellent service.

No, never banking here. Its costly, staff doesn’t respond to requests. There are better banks in town.
