“Recently had a vibration in my ram 3500 and I suspected it being the rear main u joint on the driveshaft. Their shop was very busy and I called the day of and they squeezed me in! Sure enough they clarified it was the u joint so they replaced it and the problem was solved, for a short time lol. I kept driving until I got north of FSJ and then that same u joint blew, could have been a faulty joint or installed wrong. Anyways I called the shop and they owned up to being responsible for the problem. The next day they sent a tow truck to FSJ and brought it back to their shop and fixed it for no extra charge. Really appreciated their honesty in taking the responsibility and their willingness to help me out!”
