Cassidy was great to deal with! She was very knowledgeable in the different packages offered and was very patient while we figured out what worked best for us! She investigated a situation that arose from the call center and really took the initiative to get a great solution for us! Usually going in to these offices is a very mundane task and spikes my social anxiety. Numerous times I've faced a half-lidded robot that doesn't even look away from the screen nor bother to explain the differences between my options. My experience here was beyond exceptional, I felt like I was making new friends! Thanks Cassidy and the other ladies for being neighbourly and making me feel welcome!Also, they're hiring if anyone wants to help glow up the place with their personality like these ladies do :)

I was struggling to reach my broker and reached out to Sherri Thomsen in DC branch, my trailer insurance was due for renewal in 3 days, she was able to quickly and efficiently review and renew my plate so that we were able to head out camping for the weekend!
