Amazon Locker - Zoilo says its accessible at this location inside 24 hours a day - if the store is closed at midnight - then how does one get their amazon package out of this locker if the store is closed yet the locker is 24 hrs ? does the locker move to the front door - open it - and provide the package when you command the amazon app ? #false_hours_info

The app says that it opens until midnight. It is 5 minutes to midnight now and it's already closed.

I just walked in and was going to make a purchase and I was told to leave, that they were closed. (Thursday Aug 29/24) at 11:50pm. 10 minutes before they actually close cause apparently they've already closed the til. What kind of BS is this? Will never go back to this location. Thanks for nothing.

Decent 7-Eleven offering your usual convenience store needs. The floors are sticky as soon as you walk in from their slurpee machine. You can even fit spots in the store where your shoes really stick on and make so much noise. Atleast their slurpee machine works compared to other locations that often have not available signs on certain flavours.

We ordered jalapeño and cheese taquitos instead they gave us chicken taquitos. When we went back and told them they are chicken. They started arguing with me. I went there twice and after second argument they agreed to give me the correct one. I am vegetarian and this is something against my religion. This is so disrespectful as you guys don’t respect someone’s religion and don’t accept your mistake.

Friday-19th AprilHad bad experience, as It sounds like the cashier was overwhelmed with managing multiple tasks at once, leading to a negative experience for all customers. Having only one person handle cashier duties, customer service, and cooking likely resulted in long wait times on a busy day. Felt bad when she working alone and handling everything at once.The decision by the manager to save on labor costs by staffing only one employee have impacted the overall customer experience negatively. It would be beneficial for the manager to reassess staffing needs during peak hours to ensure smoother operations and better customer service.

Been coming here for 15+ years since its the closest, but from now on I'll just be going across the street to the other 711. Multiple bad experiences with one of the younger male workers. Super unwelcoming, last couple times he literally ignored me until his coworkers noticed I was waiting to be rung through. It would've been faster to walk across the street to buy the same thing.(The rest of the staff are wonderful however!)

3 out of 4 times they never had items for my order even though I prepaid. Not worth the hassle of getting a refund each time. Better service at other 7-11 locations. It’s closest to me but I’ll avoid it from now on. Get your ship together.
