Not a store I’ll come back to, thankfully there’s another Bosley’s not far from me. I went in wearing a black hat, a black rain jacket and grey fitted sweats. I looked and smiled at the first person I saw who was sweeping and she said hi to me. I knew what I was picking up so I walked straight towards the frozen section. No bags with me. Nobody asked if I needed help; instead two employees were following and watching me - I realized this when I finished grabbing what I needed and turned around and headed to the register. I put my stuff on the counter and the woman who was initially behind the counter and ready to ring me up (another woman was sweeping), along with her male associate, were still hidden in the aisle where I saw them last … while I stood 15 feet away and waited to be checked out. The lady sweeping eventually came over and helped me check out.
All this to say - remind your employees that if someone is going to steal, they will and they can’t physically stop the thief. Lol. I worked in retail for over 13 years and there are better ways to deal with someone that you believe is stealing. They didn’t even try to customer service me. It’s truly an embarrassing and humiliating feeling to feel watched so obviously especially when you’ve done no wrong. And no, that’s not my real last name on Google so you won’t find me in your system. Idc about a call back. Just do better.

This review is for the customer service rep who did not even try to help me. I called thursday to ask how their delivery service works and whoever answered the phone obviously did not know because I was told that I just needed to place the order online and it would get delivered the following day. Friday morning came and I called to follow up, again whoever answered the phone did not know what I was talking about and said she’d message her manager and will get back to me. I told her that it’s not a rush but if she can call me back not too late in the day so I can arrange a ride to their store since I didnt have a car and that’s 20lbs if I was to take transit. 4 hours went by and nothing so I called back, she apologized and then rambled about how their delivery system was new since December and that they we’re still getting the hang of it. Really, almost 11 months in and they are still getting the hang of it!? Very poor service. Now I’m gonna have to arrange a ride and then buy a bag from their store and then once I get the delivery (whenever that is) to go back to their store and get a refund. This is what you call service.

I called them asking about products they carry. The lady on the phone was really helpful. She located the items I was looking for, set them aside for me and made sure to let her coworkers know that they would be picked up soon. When my friend went there to pick up for me, they were helped by a male staff member and the whole experience was quick and pleasant. I will most certainly to go back and buy more from them!

Madi is an extraordinary help for our cat Precious at the Delta Bosley’s on 120th and 80th. She is a super sleuth to figure out what food is best for our sick kitty. Madi is kind and had a heartfelt love to help our cat!Her genuine love for animals is why we will come back just to ask Madi for her suggestions and help!She loves our cat as much as we do! Go Madi!
