I got a custom sectional.. As soon as It was delivered all was fine but a week into using it the fabric started to pile and these huge stains emerged.. They replaced the fabric on 3 of them which I had to drive to them and pick up as well. A week later and to this day it's still piling. I contacted them and they told me to use a fabric shaver which obviously I did and it just worked for 3 days and again piling. I spent so much money on this sectional, I have to cover them and they're just over 2 yrs old. Very disappointing.

contacting home town in chilliwack to find out the delay in our chair has been met with snippy and short toned service. we have been waiting almost two months to recieve our chair and with no communication on the status unless i have called. we will not be using home town again and we are still waiting for our chair.. rediculous.

The worst customer service. The sales girl was not interested in helping and I felt that I was bothering her. I had something in mind but she cut me off and pretty much told me to pick something that they had in the showroom. She was not interested in what I was looking for.
