I love the convenience of contactless payment. What really annoys me though is how often I have to go inside because the machine doesn’t print my receipt. It’s not just inconvenient to walk in asking for the receipt, but then I usually have to stand in line because they serve other customers.
I will rather go to Chevron a few blocks away where I newer have this problem, plus their gas pumps are faster, and the area by the pump is cleaner.

Purchased a charging cable, put the tag In the dumpster walked to the car tried it out and it didn't work, so I brought it back, didn't even leave the parking lot, and the "manager" told me to go and dive in the garbage outside and look for the tag or she won't return it even tho I purchased it less than 1 minute prior, she was extremely rude and exceedingly unprofessional I couldn't belive instead of just exchanging it for a working one or refunding me my money she just continued to tell me to look through the trash bin to find the tag!!!I will never go back to this rude no moral establishment ever again it was the worst experience I have ever had at a gas station.They are crooks and will rip you off for your money any way possible I gave them there cable back and they wouldn't refund me or exchange my cable even with a receiptI hope stealing my $11.75 was worth this terrible reviewWill consider taking this review down if you refund my money.

This is a 7-Eleven / Esso operation.The gentleman that runs this location is very community minded and engaging with all customers, recognizing and acknowledging regulars.It's places like this that deserve our business as sadly customer service is all but dead in most places.

Very friendly staff. Love that they have the Mobile 7/11 app scan and go pay option now. So much quicker. Just dont like that the gas is 3 cents more expensive than Shell or Chevron in The heart of Ladner.
