PLEASE do NOT rely on this "FedEx Authorized Shipcentre" within the Tsawwassen Commons STAPLES store. Specifically with the "Express" delivery service that promises overnight shipping. Despite purchasing this service, it remained in the store 24 hours later. In fact it is now 4 days later and it is still "on the way". After questioning, the STAPLES staff, they said it was the FedEx driver who failed to pick up anything for that day. And in fact routinely fails to pick up packages. It would have been helpful to know this when I purchased this overnight delivery beforehand!
I would have used Canada Post..... it would be delivered by now!

Delivery times are really just up to whoever decides to do their job that day. My rushed OVERNIGHT shipment sat in the building over 30 hours before being sent off. Not impressed.

Incompetent and dishonest delivery drivers. I was home all day for two days and I have a conceirge to receive shipments but they lied and said that they couldn’t get into the building because they needed my buzzer number, which is listed on the intercom. Packages were out for delivery since 6am for two days and no one seems to know how to deliver them. What a joke

I'm not sure why they employ people who blatantly lie in the tracking information. I was home, shipment was supposed to be delivered today, no one was on our street, no attempted anything yet they lie on the shipping saying customer not available. They literally leave packages on the porch every week without ringing the bell or anything, no tracking required for this one either. Whoever was supposed to deliver just didn't want to bother, simple as that, just write it in the tracking info 'didn't feel like delivering today', at least it's not a lie.

Unfortunately, pretty unreliable with their shipping estimates. Seem to be scanning things into their system far in advance of those actions actually taking place

As I found out FedEx is almost $200.00 more than UPS but since staples was open Sunday I had to get it away since my work schedule would not allow me to get to UPS that week any way the girl said DHL was not reliable but FedEx was so off went a 26lb box at $485.00 to Hong Kong and it arrived as stated on the Friday so great speedy service just expensive.
