Fedex is the absolute worst of the worst! Bottom of the barrel so called "delivery service". Pretending that they attempted delivery. And only pretended to do it once. After this they left my package in a warehouse that is an hour away from my home, while there are fedex distribution centers much closer. Make this make sense. Bunch of lazy and incompetent people thay can never get anything right

If I could give zero starts I would. Said they attempted delivery 3 times and that I now have to pick it up. Was only out for delivery just today. No door tag no anything. I don’t know how I’m going to pick up my package as I don’t have a truck. I was very polite when phoning and expressing my concern but all they said was that they had attempted three times. Having people employed here that are liars isn’t a good look FedEx

Walking on nails and chewing glass is easier than dealing with Fedex. Attempted to deliver a soaking wet package of a device that already had a damage note on it to which the driver (okay for the first time the driver is not the bad person) advised me to reject. I received no further communication and when I checked tracking saw “redirected to a different address by recipient”. Who, when and how? They will not communicate unless you call their very useless customer service who will start telling you to do more work just to get a service you already paid for. I literally need to start adding fedex uselessness time to my schedule once I see a shipper has chosen you as the courier.

It is not a general opinion about Fedex, but service at the terminal.I missed the courier, and address I didn't provide a buzzer #, it happens. It was a big delivery that I needed the same day. Customer service over the phone was talking with the depo to make my package available for pickup. They were supposed to call when it was ready.And as I was told, they called and let me know it was ready. I arrived, no queue whatsoever. Very short wait and Diego with a friend arrived with all my stuff. They helped me to load my shipment to the van and I was on my way.This was the most hassle-free depo pickup I had in my life.

Unbelievably terrible service. First off fedex could not deliver my package when every other courier delivers with efficiency, intelicom, Canada post and DHL are the best IMO, so they sent my package back to a warehouse that’s a 30 min drive away, I called ahead to make sure the package was there for pickup, I arrived 45 min later to a room where you have to dial from a landline phone I kid you not to the warehouse in hopes of someone answering, 4 call attempts and still nothing, I got ahold of a security guard who tried with his walkie talkie, nothing, it’s to the point where the guard had to physically go get someone to help, some employee named DIEGO comes to get my info and say they will be right back, 20 min later they come only to tell me my package is packed away i in a truck and inaccessible, I’m furious at this point for wasting so much time, gas, etc. DIEGO tells me he will have the package sent out tomorrow, I told him I’d rather pick it up because it’s very urgent I get the package in order to go away for the weekend with a flight to catch, and I didn’t want any more trouble receiving the package, he agrees to do so. Next day guess what DIEGO did nothing of the sort the arrange a drop off to the location nor did he update my buzzer code which would allow for less confusion delivering. I can’t express the anger this caused me, plus my time and money, people need to boy cot this company, and DIEGO needs better training or to be fired. That’s my experience with FEDEX, good luck if you have the unfortunate luck of dealing with them.

There needs to be 0 star options because Fedex seems to have a reputation in Vancouver they don’t seem to care about as long as they pass off the delivery responsibility to customers picking up their order themselves if it’s too big. The driver pretends to drop door tags with no information and claims it was impossible to deliver without trying to call, buzz, knock, nothing. Trying to force me to go to Delta to pick up a TV when I live in lower mainland and don’t drive is ridiculous. Not filling the door tag properly is ridiculous. Speaking to a so called operations admin that can’t make the driver reattempt unless I give a new address is even more ridiculous. This piss poor service is consistent with other reviews. I refuse to bullied by incompetent employees into spending at least two hours and $50-60 on Uber.

Called customer service yesterday and promised me my package will be delivered today, but it’s now delayed again saying customer is not home.The tracking shows it attempted delivery at 4:20PM, but Amazon literally delivered a package to me in person at 4:22PM. And there’s no doortag from FedEx.The customer service told me the driver can’t call me because my phone number is not BC local number. I just don’t understand why Amazon, DoorDash, UberEats can call or text me but FedEx can’t?Now my package is delayed for 3 days and I still don’t know if it will come tomorrow.

Absolute joke… talked to 10 call center people. Every single one of them told me a different story. The delivery tried straight up lied about attempting to come to my house. The best part was that the reason was “incorrect appt # “ ITS A HOUSE! The next day the left the package in delta and didnt event attempt to deliver it. Figure it out

Went to pick up my tv, and brought it home and plugged it in and the screen was all broken and smashed! Not very happy they really need to be more careful with fragile easily breakable items especially when they said they had been to deliver the item 3 times but didn't leave a slip or anything. And said that I'd have to come pick it up or it was being sent back to sender

possible delivery Friday, May 2/23 ~ no delivery states I was not here to receive my package...I was home, FedEx DID NOT NOTIFY ME or use the residences' intercom for Apartment ! Still waiting! Now my package, is supposed to be delivered 'sometime' today, and even after calling FedEx Ground Terminal in Delta?? I was told by a customer service representative, that my package will be delivered TODAY! So far, I have had to cancel 2 Dr's appt. and miss a family outing, because I needed to stay home to receive my package....Thanks FedEx. GIVE THE EMPLOYEES WHO DRIVE YOUR VANS A CELL PHONE! to contact the consumer when their packages/parcels are going to be delivered, tired of this Cat and Mouse game. I live in an apartment; am a senior, paid a lot for shipping/taxes, to be delivered to my home/apt., not left outside! in person... use the technology that is available, if I can so can you Fed-upEx !

Good god, where do I begin. They lie about their shipping attempt. No Fedex driver came anywhere close to my home but got failed delivery attempt 2 days in a row. I called yesterday to ensure the driver call/text me when he's at the door and operator took all the notes and ensured me today will be different. Today, I was actually looking outside to make sure that I didn't miss this shipment but nobody came except the failed delivery message.Now, they want me to drive 1 hour to pick up the package. Going forward, I will not do any business with a merchant who uses Fedex as their shipping company. As far as I'm concerned, the driver is drinking at a bar and just sending all failed attempt email on his device and still getting paid. Zero confidence in this company.

Worst delivery service ever. The person who is responsible for delivering packages to my location is not doing their job because they’re a lazy coward. If you hate your job so much, you DON’T have to do it! Work somewhere else. I receive all of my packages from every other delivery company except for this one.

Waiting for a delivery that is never coming. Delivery driver even left a door tag without even knocking or using doorbell because they said they attempted to delivery but no one was home. There are about 8 people in the house. We’ve been home for days for that delivery. The next day, Signed the door tag, no door bell or knock on the door, another delivery attempt failed. Customer service said the driver wouldn’t drop the package because of what the item is. We missed 3 days of work for that small delivery, you need to teach your delivery drivers to knock and leave the package where it should be and not to keep it because of what kind of item is inside the package. For the third attempt, it’s going to be a pick on an On-site fedex store, but it was another fail. They said there’s no open on-site fedex. We had to pick up the package in delta because they failed to deliver it. We had no other choice. What’s the use of DOOR TAG if the delivery driver will not leave the package anyway? Useless.

Fedex driver scanned out for delivery for the 3rd attempt, but the driver didn't have it on his truck when confronted. Driver made excuses and told me to pick up here.Came here, stood in that little room. Knocked on that little window next to the phone. Saw someone moving inside the little room. Person chose to ignore my knocking. On purpose.Called the phone for a solid 45 minutes. Banged on the window continiously.No one picks up the phone. The guy on otherside of window finally decides to respond to say he is not in that department.Long line up in the little room and no staff to be seen.Eventually got my package after nearly 2 hours there, from the moment I parked to the time I left.Fedex drops the ball and continues to do so.

If I could give them -5 stars I would. FedEx Ground is one of the worst courier services ever. Delivered a package from Edmonton to our address but it is one number off (this isn't the first time they've done this) and I called it in a few weeks ago. Spoke to them the first time, and they apologized and said someone would pick it up the next day. It has been 3 weeks and still sitting at the front door. I called three times and on the third call, he advised (very impatient and very rude), it is not my problem and that I'm not responsible for the package so leave it out the front door and someone will pick it up. The address is literally one block away from us but I'm not going to deliver it myself because 1) it's NOT MY JOB 2) it's a large box. I am tempted to leave a note at the correct address to advise them of their package but by now, I assume, they have already received a refund or exchange. The package is still there, I don't think it will ever get picked up.
