Ryan and his team always provide great, timely service with my tires and they ensure they're installed perfectly. I appreciate the care they take not to scratch my rims when they swap my summers to winters. It's so nice to have a trustworthy and reliable shop locally.

I was happy to recommend this shop in Ladner to my son after my past good experiences. He had taken his car in for an oil change and to fix a faulty wiper motor. They diagnosed it as being a faulty switch, charged a diagnostic fee and quoted him a price to fix it. He dropped the car off to have the part replaced. After replacing the switch, they called him to say the motor was now faulty. The expectation of being charged labor to diagnose a problem should be definitive, not a guess. Having to pay labor and cost of parts for something that didn’t have to be replaced is not good business practice. Buyer beware with believing their diagnosis, replacing parts until you get it fixed at customer cost is not to be trusted.

the Ladner Fountain Tire owner runs the store and am a return customer based on his excellent customer service. Bought new tires there about 6 months ago and picked up a nail this weekend and was fixed while I waited for free. Can't get much better than that.

Justin and Ryan in the front office are great! Friendly guys, willing to help at a reasonable price. They are always accommodating to get my car in when its screaming at me for an oil change haha! I'm always happy with their service and they go above and beyond to keep my car running well! I highly recommend them.

I'm so impressed with the quality of service Ryan and his crew gave my 2001 Prelude. Their mechanical knowledge is superb (not just a tire store). Thanks to Cam specially for solving my issues with the clutch. Above and beyond is hard to find these days.

I have been taking my vehicle to Fountain Tire in Ladner ever since they opened. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them and the way they treat their customers. Very knowledgeable employee's and they go out of their way to help you. Ryan, the owner is wonderful and Justin at the front counter is great. They have always made time to look at my car in a timely fashion, and their shop is clean and very welcoming. I highly recommend them for any car service needs you might have.
