I had a great experience at M&M Food Market. Sophia was really helpful and guided me in finding SKIP order everything I needed. Excellent service—definitely a five-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So I was extremely excited to go and buy some entrées today for my first play date with my daughters new class however, once I picked out all of my entrées, the price was wrong and it was almost triple the price the lady was trying to charge me, however the sales sticker was red and it was right below the item when I grabbed it stating it was 799. It was the sweet and sour chicken. I ran out to get it and when I came back, she said that was the price I said the sales price said 799 which is why I grabbed it and I wanted to try it out and I wouldn’t pay full price without trying it first she said that she cannot honour the sales price. There’s no option to do that I had told her in the province of BC that price has to be honored. It’s an act with our province , and you guys could get in trouble for not honoring. I am extremely disappointed and if this is not corrected immediately, I will not be using your services ever again and I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.

The store at Kensington Square in Burnaby is great and the manager Whitney is cheerful, helpful, and knows her products. Top marks for this location compared to others I have been to.

Every two weeks my daughter and I go to m&m. I haven't tried everything but with the items I get really enjoy them. If you in a hurry to make dinner that is the place to go.

I have been coming here for years. Most of the time the staff are friendly. Felt like I, a person of colour was being watched. Also, the prices have gone up. Over $5 for a frozen single meal? I won't come back.

Most of the staff are very nice but the guy that's the manager/owner is very rude. Ignores customers when they arrive and while there in the store. He's so bad that if he's in there when I drive by I won't go in.

Everything is prepackage and frozen, nothing fresh. Everything I've ever gotten tastes like cardboard.
