Sales associate was extremely rude probably the worst customer service I have ever received ! The item I went to purchase scanned in at the wrong price even though the shelf sign and product showed the lower price she refused to honour the price . Then proceeded to just stare at me and roll her eyes and stood there saying no no no ??♀️Extremely disappointed

The girl working couldn't figure out a return that she said she could return within 7 days .. so she called the owner , talking in another language and just laughing in front of me and my daughter( also being very rude towards us ) . My daughter spends most her earnings here and loves it ( in victoria ) Worst service I have ever experienced. If I had time to go back I would have but we don't live in van we were visiting & that is not the service anybody should get.

Negative customer service I visited the Minso store today at Tsawwassen Mills Mall. When I arrived for the first time, a new employee had left a letter on the outside while on break. After that, when I returned after an after 2 hour, around 8:35, there was one employee there who was mopping. She did not care about the customers, so when I saw her and called out, "Excuse me," she hid behind a shelf. Even though I could see her, she still did this. I'm not sure why; she should have to told me that the store was closed or put a sign on the door, but the mall closes at nine o'clock, and I was there at 8:35pm. The employee is quite careless.Never visit this store again..Thanks

Visited few days ago such a rude manager when we ask her for help she seems like don’t care about Coustmer. Never gonna visit again
