I went to the store for boxing day to buy a gift for my sister. The cashier and her coworker were really rude and careless. There seems to be wrong price labels all over the store, and their explanations as to it didn’t make any sense. Definitely felt like a scam. Of course, I don't mind paying an extra few dollars but misleading labels and then gaslighting the customer with the wrong reasons (mainly lies) is totally unacceptable for a professional business. Avoid!

The (indian) girl working at the cashier was extremely rude! Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. There’s a sign for 40% off on ALL Christmas items. I went to purchase 3 of the Christmas decorations and she scanned in at the wrong price, ($6 extra) I asked her if she can check it again but refused and said it was only for selected items and proceeded. I already told her it was wrong but didn’t listen. I came back and returned it and she didn’t even apologize despite of being wrong. She just stare at me and roll her eyes while banging things around, my mom was there too. She was giving out some free items for everyone who purchased but not to my mom. Really disrespectful. Not about the price it’s about how she handle the situation and it was really the worst! Hope your manager see this do something about it. Don’t scam us :)

LOVE MINISO! SO MUCH SANRIO!!! But if you want something and you can't get it right away then I'm sorry because they restock and get rid of stuff so quick. BUT LOVE IT.

Sales associate was extremely rude probably the worst customer service I have ever received ! The item I went to purchase scanned in at the wrong price even though the shelf sign and product showed the lower price she refused to honour the price . Then proceeded to just stare at me and roll her eyes and stood there saying no no no ??♀️Extremely disappointed

The girl working couldn't figure out a return that she said she could return within 7 days .. so she called the owner , talking in another language and just laughing in front of me and my daughter( also being very rude towards us ) . My daughter spends most her earnings here and loves it ( in victoria ) Worst service I have ever experienced. If I had time to go back I would have but we don't live in van we were visiting & that is not the service anybody should get.

They always close before time. And every time i come to this store, the staff is on break and the store is locked
