Absolutely brutal customer service, I'm a small coffee shop owner that sells Murchies coffee and tea , made a special trip from Sidney bc to the Hillside location to buy 3 large gift baskets today for a holiday give away , we do high tea ( on the website it clearly states a %15 discount for seniors 1st Monday of the month ) this was flatly refused by the day manager , I even showed her the website still no! I don't know if I want to carry this product anymore . Errol

I ordered some tea from Murchie's, and my package was delivered to my front door and unfortunately was stolen from someone in my apartment building.I emailed Murchies to see if they could possibly refund me or reship the package, and they were more than happy to do either option.I really appreciated the fast response and very kind customer service.Thanks Murchies :) will be buying again through them!
