Don't use this moving company. I used them to move from Vancouver to Calgary. When they were unloading my items, one of their workers reeked of alcohol. Upon unpacking my items, it was discovered that they had broke my tv. When I went to put in my claim, they offered me 30 for a flag screen. They claim their insurance pays out per pound, but that does not make sense when they break a tv. Essentially they are saying if they water damage a bunch of textbokks, or an old tv that it is worth more than a modern flat screen. I argued this and was told that in order to use a proposed value you need to provide it prior to the move. However who does this when you don't expect the moving company to break your items.

Dont use this moving company. They will mistreat your boxes/furniture, charge an outragous fee and will take longer than they originally promised to bring your stuff to where you're moving too.

My mom used these people to move her from Vancouver island to the cariboo, they charged her $5000 over their original price and we're going to hold her furniture hostage if she didn't pay, so she paid and than took them to small claims court, she won! But then when she went to collect $ she was told they moved back to Turkey. ?!?! Still owe her money, does anyone know where they are?

Very Unscrupulous company, do not use them. They are in the business of defrauding people.
