It felt like a community pharmacy where they really care. “I've always found the staff friendly and professional here. The things I would complain about I'm sure are beyond the local staff's control: 1. very limited hours for package pickups (I did confirm that they are still open for one hour 12:15-1:15 on Saturdays for parcel pickup only which is not shown anywhere on the USPS website), very few parcel lockers for oversized items (I've never gotten one) and the price of a PO box keeps going up (smallest box is now $91 every six months, up from $67 in just 3 years).”

“The post office is located on the bottom floor of Oomomo (which used to be Daiso). The clerk was very helpful and attentive. There's not a lot of Post office with postage paid postcards and this one does! I love getting them for postcrossing because you'd essentially be paying for the price of the int'l stamp (no added cost for the postcard itself). This location also had some older stamps which i was excited to see: Asahi, Christmas 2021, poppy, and WWI themed. Super happy with my purchase and would visit again if I'm in town.”

“The lady in the store is very nice. She carefully measured the items to be sent and gave appropriate suggestions for choosing bags to put the items in. She also explained some precautions for the address to which the mail should be sent. She will wait patiently for me to fill in the information and explain it clearly. How long does it take for the package to be delivered. For postal services, clear and gentle instructions are enough without too much enthusiasm, with appropriate help.”
“Strait forward and to the point. I think the people leaving bad reviews might not understand Hong Kong or Asian customs. Shocking to Canadians? Yes. But not something to gripe about. unless you want tissue to wipe that wet behind you expect from the services industry.”

“I love coming here. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. It’s so convenient being close to home, and their hours are amazing—open early in the morning and all the way until 9 PM.
They also have a great variety of items, from snacks and produce to tools and even clothing ? I usually come here to pick up my packages, and anytime there’s an issue, the staff are kind, efficient, and quick to help resolve it.”
