Went to this store with my mother to buy some shoes associates were really disrespectful towards us, we told her for a shoe size and she threw the box to us, no manners at all, hope this store change their associates.

Had a very disappointed experience, although i was able to get the product i needed, the 2 associates working in the store this afternoon ( Nov 08 2025 ) seemed totally un-motivated to provide any help. Customer service was absolutely non-existent. My previous shopping experience over there with a different team member last month was very good though so it's a hit or miss.

Amazing customer service! Friendly but very professional. Supriya went out of the way to hrlp us choosing kids shoes. We ended up buying an extra pair as she helped getting us a great deal!

I bought a pair of sneakers but accidentally left them at the store. When I went back three hours later to see if they were still there, Racha kindly helped me by checking the inventory and locating the pair. Every sales representative I interacted with during the process was incredibly patient and helpful, even though it wasn’t their responsibility. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service.

Had an amazing experience at Puma thanks to Jaskirat! From the moment we walked in, he gave both me and my girlfriend his full attention. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, offered personalized suggestions, and made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s incredible that I was gonna make a purchase in this store and the cashier told me if I take an 8 dollar product it would give me 20 dollars discount, I was picking something up and the manager just kicked me out of the store without letting me pay not even for the thing I was already gonna pay, what a horrible attitude of the manager of this branch, wouldn’t recommend to come here at all

I was in store today , Annie (Supervisor) was amazing, I love the way she went above and beyond to help me and showed me variety of options not just from the floor but from stock room as well for the products I was looking for. I appreciate her help and time.

"I usually buy a pair of Puma classic runners for my son every year. Not only are they of excellent quality, but they are also easy to put on. They're perfect for walks in the park and playing street soccer.
So, when we stopped by to get him a new pair, I was impressed with the range of color options and the availability of sizes. Plus, when I returned just a few minutes after purchasing the pair to exchange them for a size up, the staff were incredibly helpful.

I usually don’t comment on stores but was really pissed off this time ,I am a puma fan and always check this store when visiting Tsawwassen mills mall found a pair of sweat pant on clearance rack for 45 bucks with 60% off(18.00) , wait in line up for fitting room and wait in line up for cash , then cashier told me that tag is wrong and this is manufacturers fault!!I didn’t argue and left but technically they should have given that to me . They manage this store like a family business not like a brand name store .

Worst puma store ever.my buddy reserved medium joggers and we went all the way from Abbotsford to this stores,when we reached theyvwere giving us size small .when we ask thrm what is this they said maybe there is miscommunication.Seriously these guys are so unprofessional. Zero stars for them
