These Roger store people are liar's they tell u something else and when u get the bill it's totally different my 2 year old contract expired and I went to return my device and I just wanted to keep the sim and not get a device from them instead use my own phone but the guy working there his name was vikramjit singh told me about this good deal and I got that phone because it was a good deal but when I got the bill it was like $75 per month just for the phone I was told it would be $15 a month for it now I'm trying to get it fixed and rogers telling me they can't do anything about it
I'm asking them to check the video footage where the guy is telling me it's $15 a month for the phone for 2 years
I've been with rogers for almost 10 years but would never use rogers again so just be careful guy's don't take them for what they say

I came to store to get new numbers, but the stores workers was not take care of the customer. They’re busy with their friends and they’re talking with other things.
When I ask them I need help and they told me you have to wait till he’s done. Unfortunately I was waiting more than 25 minutes and they still busy with other friends doing something else so I don’t recommend

From all the mobile service providers retail stores I have visited over the years, I must say that this store has provided the best service of all.I have had the pleasure of dealing with Andy on a number of occasions and he has always gone above and beyond to find me and my family the best mobile deals available. He's professional, honest and provides expert knowledge on the different mobile networks and the devices offered from Rogers.Even though, it's not the closest store to me, this is my go to Rogers store.

Do not waste your time at this store, the most incompetent staff team I have ever seen. Wasted 2 hours between waiting and talking out a plan to be told, once everything was ready to be paid, they didn’t have the phone and will not honour pricing of the sale on if we wait for them to order it. Manage came in to try and help and she completely belittled our concerns and made even more of a mockery of the store.
