From all the mobile service providers retail stores I have visited over the years, I must say that this store has provided the best service of all.I have had the pleasure of dealing with Andy on a number of occasions and he has always gone above and beyond to find me and my family the best mobile deals available. He's professional, honest and provides expert knowledge on the different mobile networks and the devices offered from Rogers.Even though, it's not the closest store to me, this is my go to Rogers store.

Do not waste your time at this store, the most incompetent staff team I have ever seen. Wasted 2 hours between waiting and talking out a plan to be told, once everything was ready to be paid, they didn’t have the phone and will not honour pricing of the sale on if we wait for them to order it. Manage came in to try and help and she completely belittled our concerns and made even more of a mockery of the store.

I had a wonderful experience at the Rogers store in tsawassen mills. The manager, I’m sorry if I have your name wrong, but I believe it was Sharon helped me with purchasing a new iphone, and stressful difficulties I was having with iPhone and privacy breach issues. She helped me set up my new phone, and taught me how to prevent my concerns on my new phone. She went above and beyond and was extremely helpful. Thank you. ?

Manny was super helpful, he helped upgrade my plan and switch from Fido to Rogers. He was very clear and knowledgeable, I would recommend Manny to any customer, for sure would go back to him again in the future ??

This location has the worst customer service, been to the same location twice regarding my account and guy name Taka is useless, wasting my 45mins dealing with him for nothing. Doesnt even know what he is doing and keeps making excuses because he doesnt know how figure out the problem on setting up my account. Would not recommend this location.

Been trying to call the store for 2 days. No one picks up the phone and there is no voicemail to even leave a message or phone prompts. This is a communications company correct?

Store associate was rude, spoke to the manager and was advised to "smash my phone" to claim warranty. This store is a joke and employees are disrespectful.

Three out of five Rogers representative on the phone have no idea how to do their job and create more problems. Frontline workers like Simon do everything they can to correct mistakes.

I wish there was a zero star option. I would not recommend this Rogers location to anyone. I added a phone line for my partner 2 weeks ago today. I called to explain the situation of the phone not working at all and to get a new phone as it's within the 14 days of purchase and the man on the phone did not realize I could hear what he was saying to his manager. " I just want to hang up on this customer" is what this man said to his co worker. Not realizing I could hear every word he said. After I was hung up on I called them back to say I can't believe the level of unprofessionalism I have witnessed. I will be reporting this store and their incompetent, rude worker. I hope in the future their employees realize when they have a customer on the line when making rude comments like he did.
