It's my first time to purchase one vaccine at this pharmacy, did not know can't take the vaccine right away. The assistant did not provide any information except asking me to come back in half an hour. When I got the vaccine, was told by the pharmacist that I need to make an appointment to take the vaccine or go back to my family doctor's office. My doctor's office just closed at the time I called and the available time for the pharmacist would be next week. If the assistant was a bit caring for the client, she would have had the client understood the whole process, not just paid for the medication.

I was at the customer service desk to wrap some flowers. Parinaam was very helpful and polite to me and did a good job. Saw her diligently helping other customers before me.

Wort experience ever. The staff that makes coffee thinks they own this place . They keep on talking among themselves while serving and think customer are ok with wait time standing in line listening to their family problem.
Better keep an eye on the girls in cafee area they can make you wait for hours .please send simran to alternate area.
