They have great tellers and staff here . Friendly and knowledgeable. They will assist you with whatever banking problems you have . They actually loan you money !

I have had nothing but positive experiences at this branch. Staff is always professional, helpful and well-versed in protocols. My only criticism would be the phone system, which is an external matter that has nothing to do with the Tsawwassen branch itself. Love BNS Tsawwassen ❤️

I tried to call them before I come over, but can't never found a real person to talk with. When I came, even though I was the only customer in the bank, they told me I have to come back because these who can open account are busy. How about the manager? She can work too, can't she? Definitely not the best customer service I've ever seen
