I have had nothing but positive experiences at this branch. Staff is always professional, helpful and well-versed in protocols. My only criticism would be the phone system, which is an external matter that has nothing to do with the Tsawwassen branch itself. Love BNS Tsawwassen ❤️

I tried to call them before I come over, but can't never found a real person to talk with. When I came, even though I was the only customer in the bank, they told me I have to come back because these who can open account are busy. How about the manager? She can work too, can't she? Definitely not the best customer service I've ever seen

I was treated so poorly at this bank. I had just come from the gym - wearing old sweat pants, a sweater, and a hat. Everyone that worked there (except the nice receptionist) kept giving me dirty looks, staring at me, and looking me up and down like I was going to rob the place or something. I felt so uncomfortable with the looks and judgement and have never been treated like that at a bank before. One of the managers Tanya was super condescending, rude, and passive aggressive towards me and kept acting like she couldn’t understand me because of the barriers for COVID. Just because someone isn’t dressed up nicely that day doesn’t mean you can be rude and give them stares up and down. People can tell when you’re being passive aggressive and fake nice, just so you know. Super disappointed with how I was treated and will be avoiding this branch at all costs.

Requested wire transfer within Canada before the cutt--off time with expectation that it will be transferred the same or latest next day. Next day, money hasn't been transfered. Called bank to find out that they put transfer on hold as they wanted to talk to me to clarify something. However, nobody called me ... who knows how long the transfer would be on hold if I wouldn't call!?
