Management needs to do a better job at training their staff and provide them the support they need. You can't leave cashiers by themselves unless they're ready to deal with all situations. I have had multiple issues with this location's employees not be familiar at all with Air Miles and any offers or point redemption active at the moment. Please ensure you train your staff adequately enough or have a manager or supervisor available until they are ready, in order to avoid cashiers any unpleasant encounters with customers who may not be as understanding.

Yup, so it’s one year later, and still the same. OK buttons worn right off, no tap pay, never a lower price than anybody else first, and check out the windshield washer water…. Disgusting!

Asked to use the washroom. Girl claimed no toilet paper so can't use it. I said you sell it on the shelf? Yes but we cant do that! Just say washroom out of order because I'm sure not going to buy any products at this Shell if the staff can't have toilet paper for their own employees to use. I know its not her fault but she is dealing with prepared foods. Unless they have their own washroom then I understand. Well you lost a paying customer as I had to buy gas somewhere else that I could also use their washroom.

Wish I could give them negative stars, does not even deserve one. My suggestion for everybody is to go to any other place but this. The manager here is audacious and ill mannered, he is named Bhagwant. Guess he’s never learned manners and way of speaking to any other person. He was trying to provoke us the whole time we were there. He honestly should be fired for his way of behaving and talking. Disgusting human.

There was a guy named Bhagwant who is unfortunately the manager at this location, acts like he owns the place. Very rude and tried to harass us and we had to call the police on him when the situation got out of control. He was betraying the policy of shell and did not give any valid reason for his stupid behaviour towards us. I really hope shell takes some serious action on this looser.

My experience here was not pleasant, I said stall 11 price 10 dollars. I asked for a refund saying I was not with that person at stall 10. She said it's not my problem, someone else took ur money. I should have asked for the manager.

Additionally, the degree of communication throughout the procedure was outstanding. The Pizza Pizza place is open late, the Tim Hortons is what you'd expect. On the Run is On Runs. But I did get gas at this location, but not for my carBut I do miss the Buns Master

This is my go-to station and close to my house. Service and clerks can be hit and miss and long gone are the days when Tink's smiling face was there. A bit more training for the new staff on not rolling their eyes when called for mumbling and not listening when lotto tickets are requested. When oh when will they carry the 2L of Diet Dr. Pepper? Missing a sold pick up from me when I stop for gas. Please clean your wind shield wipe bins more often as well.
