Went there with my friend, needs help in mobile phone and waiting from 45 minutes. The Girl name Harman wearing black Teshirt (bell) logo had too much attitude was dealing with one client and told that she is busy right now and told us to wait for 20-25 minutes but she had personal talk with another customer who came directly to Harman and she didn’t told him to wait in line and had gossiping with him regarding her boyfriend. That place is not for your personal gossips. Peoples have lots of work to do on weekends. She was laughing like she doesn’t care about lineup. and there were 2 customers behind me. We waited there for long time but after that we went away from the store. Not good service. I will be giving zero star to Harman’s service.

Even though i had no knowledge in the laptops, but the girl in the store; Vidushi thoroughly explained everything and helped us beautifully.

I very rarely leave reviews, but I needed to mention Ruban’s outstanding service & kindness to me today. I dropped off an important Fedex Express shipment before the cut-off time yesterday, but noticed it hadn’t been scanned yet in its tracking this morning. I went back to Staples today to check on it. Ruban was extremely patient and thorough with me and my questions despite the obvious stress I was in about my shipment. She took the time to confirm that my package was still at Staples, and even found the reason why Fedex didn’t pick up my package yesterday. I am beyond grateful for her support. Thank you so much Ruban :-)

I was disappointed with the customer service during my visit. (Name of staff-Jaspreet I don't know name properly). She was dismissive and unhelpful, which made the experience uncomfortable. I hope the management addresses this, as good service is just as important as the product. Its kind of doing shift attitude(not want to do work)

The staff at the shipping counter are always very helpful and patient!! Ruban especially has as very sweet and helpful with all the packages I was returning through Amazon!!

Absolutely zero customer service, incredibly rude, you're made to feel like a burden if you ask for help. Was literally asked "what do you want me to do?" By an employee when I asked when I can come back for help since their internet was down at the time.
