Very poor service, Went for business line thought will be served quickly and on priority. But I was wrong 7-8 people in regular line all got served & finally an old man from regular line insisted me to come to regular line ! 3-4 people serving on counters . None of them tried to help !One lady serving business counter was talking to customer how to pay someone when you buy something so have records of payment . She was more like personal advisor, than doing her job properly . the customer wanted cash but she was really insisting for other ways ! Is that’s your duty , specially when there is lineup ! Then she kept on waiting for that customer to bring some documents/ IDs. Just dum to move on …!as she was with same customer before I arrived & until got served! 20-25 mins wow lady , just keep on gossiping…Other one explaining someone mortgage rates on service counter ! My question is when someone need this kind of information why not send them to information desk or mortgage specialist…! At least people waiting in lines for withdraws/ deposits can be served fast because atms have limits . On asking the counter guy said , oh the business line is still closed …. 11.30 Am ? Really! And there was no apology of any kind, Just excuses! If that was the case why there was no sign, why make me wait over 20 mins standing front of business line . , why not get called on priority or even as regular line customer ? Very disappointed by their ignoring behaviour/ time wasting & unprofessional attitude towards their work ! Specially the lady knowingly…. She was wasting more time ! Those things are fine when no one waiting in lines , but with lineup ignoring & then wasting time as personal advisor not acceptable….! Just lack of common sense & professionalism ! My be they don’t have enough training…..!This branch really needs to work on the staff training & attitude towards work & customers…?

One of the worst td banks I’ve been to. terrible customer service really rude staff including the manager it’s so unfortunate that it’s the only location in the area.

GPS and location is inaccurate. It’s in the mall two locks down by the light turn right. Not across shoppers in the building.

Be careful when you deposit money into the ATM. I deposited money into the ATM and a few days later, I see it all withdrawn from my account. I go and ask what happened and they tell me that the machine could have jammed and they need to investigate. They also continue to leave the rest of my funds in my account on a hold. I tell them that I am going on vacation tomorrow and I need the hold taken off, but they were useless as usual. Always a bad experience with TD, especially this location.

I'll join the low star ratings. Horrible line ups and a manager that is stubborn and not willing to listen to your issue so she can resolve it, just horrible experience.

Bank closing time was 4:00pm and I reached there at 3:57pm . There was I girl employee at the door she didn’t allowed me to go inside and treated rudely

I dealt with Mr. Vinay Sharma in this brand on December 8, 2022. He went up and beyond to help me. I am very pleased with his service. Employees like that should be appreciated more by bank managers. Please have a tap on his shoulder and announce to him my great appreciation. Thanks.

Ordered precious metal from this branch and they made me wait almost hr. Just because the manager had to open vault that was already open. When she had more than 1 person waiting she decided to help me. Worst service at this branch by far!!!

The WORST! 1person working… front desk closed, 5pm on a Tuesday. Guy stops dealing with a client to chat with the kids. Manager sitting/training a guy also NOT working with a client. Biz line up client been waiting for 45 minutes. This is crazy. Two tellers and 15 plus people in line. Sheesh

After long weekend of thanks giving the bank opened after 3 days . The Line went outside the bank and there were only 2 tellers and 1 business line . It took me 1 hr to get to the teller . People were frustrated and getting late from work . It was a total failure of the management that they were not ready for the long weekend rush . Quality of service is dropping in TD bank . It’s time to try other banks as they are over crowded and understaffed .

I received poor service this morning when trying to pay a bill for my mother. The teller questioned the check that my mother uses regularly to pay her l.o.c. like something suspicious was happening or as if I were up to something. She asked if I had an account and asked me to put my debit card in which had nothing to do with paying my mother's bill. She went to talk to her manager who told her it was fine. I asked if the info on the check was written correctly which it was so had this teller known her job and the ins and outs of transaction procedure I would've not been treated like I was being dishonest about what I came there to do. I don't appreciate being profiled but this is how TD does business at least at this location. You guys need to do some team training because this is not the first time we have received poor service from this location and do something about the body odor smell that is in your location. Garbage service from the employees at this location.You guys need to seriously do something about how poorly you treat your clientele. Read the complaints and then do something about this ongoing problem. The fact that it is ongoing means management does not take customer complaints seriously.

Always huge waits. The tellers are friendly and helpful, but management seems to do absolutely nothing to run the branch. Worst TD branch I’ve ever visited.
