Arpit is awesome. Telus was previously known for & differentiated from the competition with genuine care & investment in customer experience & support. They have plummeted in recent years in customer care. Their support sucks. There seems to be no value or care for customer loyalty or retention. After visiting multiple telus stores & many phone conversations, we visited Arpit & he saved us from giving up & leaving. Telus mostly still sucks but Arpit & the team at his location, are all awesome.
