My husband and I had a seamless experience at the Telus store in Ladner today. We both upgraded our phones for their Black Friday sale and we’re so thankful we went to this location as opposed to Tsaw Mills. It wasn’t busy at all and it took half the time compared to the last time we upgraded. Tejinder was very helpful and efficient.

Telus is a good internet provider but one of the worst ones when it comes to getting your internet on time. When you want to get your internet setup they'll give you a date, Wednesday or Friday was ours but it got pushed back to Saturday, no biggie. Friday comes rolling around and they just called and said that they had to push it back to Wednesday, "well that sucks but I can wait a little longer" IT TOOK A WHOLE MONTH JUST TO GET INTERNET. Than when we moved into a new place again, the same thing is happening again, they just pushed it to Wednesday, just a day before they would come here and hook up our internet. this is week 1. Telus please for the love of God actually stick to your words and actually do your job on time or just give us an actual date instead of pushing us back week after week. Plan a month ahead when you want to get your internet up and running on time.
