The woman at the front desk was so incredibly rude that I never want to use ups to ship anything ever again in life. I say this knowing that the UPS store individually is not affiliated with the UPS company but the fact that they would allow somebody with such a terrible attitude to even represent them for a minute is unacceptable.

The lady working the desk is not well. She has yelled at me the only two times I’ve spoken to her just nicely double checking if my package was there (cause ups told me too ask them) she scremed at me for 6 mins, I hung up, she CALLED ME BACK, to continue screaming at me and continued to not let me ask my question I needed to ask in the first place. Y’all need a new front desk lady that’s wild.
EDIT: they have responded below and still don’t seem to understand the issue. I stand by the fact you should avoid this place at all costs if you don’t want be yelled at and harrassed by the desk lady for asking a question.

Id give 0 stars if i could. I had terrible customer service, there was one employee there who refused to take my package and said to come back later due to lack of space that will "likely happen throughout the day." The store was near empty in the mid morning when I went. I took time out of my day to come in and wasted it with this refusal to accept. The employee was rude, aggressive and not willing to have a conversation. I will never go to this location again. As a result I went somewhere else.

Just dropped 4 packages today.. Suman was nice to scan all 4 packages right away and very helpful. Service is great!! Recommend to everyone

They were friendly and helpful. Quickly got my passport photo taken. My photos taken by them however were turned down by Passport Renewal due to horizontal lines on the pictures. Now I have to go through that process of getting a picture and sending it in again.

Went for Passport Photos and was dealt with in a timely fashion, they recently replaced their printer or part of it that was causing problems with people’s photos. All good now.

I have a mailbox at this location for some years now, and the customer service is great and very friendly and helpful. I recommend this place
