Worst service. My package was supposedly to be delivered on Friday 27/1/23 . Unfortunately and because of my fault I hadn’t written the number of my address . They called me early on that day from delta store and I provided the ups assistant with the missing information but she told me that my package couldnt be delivered as scheduled and postponed for this Monday 30/1 . I kindly asked her to deliver the package definitely on this date since I’m a European citizen and leaving Canada on Tuesday 31/1/23 . I called the delta department today and they didn’t even know where my package is and they used the excuse that the driver must have called me ? To conclude I spent almost 300 dollars for nothing.“Thanks” ups

Came here when they were supposed to open at 9am and no one was there to open the shop. Waited 30 min and I had to think hard if it was a holiday but it wasn't. Won't ever be coming back here since it is a waste of time.

I don't pay for home delivery to have these jokers force me to pick up my item at a store somewhere. They don't even come into your neighbourhood, you just suddenly get a notification that it's "delivered" but it's nowhere to be found. I'd been home all day waiting for the delivery when the notification arrived via Alexa. It wasn't outside my door so I went down to the lobby to look for it inside and outside, but there was nothing there and no parcel card to show they came here. Did they deliver it to the wrong address? Was it left outside and someone stole it? NO IDEA. I contacted Amazon immediately and they told me UPS has taken it to a pick-up point in my area. Sooo, there is no delivery attempt at all, they just gather all the parcels for each geographical area and drop them off at the nearest pick-up place. That, my friends, does not constitute delivery and I paid for delivery. Do your damn job! PS: I have TWO buzz codes on my address label and we were both home all day so delivery guys who claim "incomplete address" can kiss my grits.

Called a couple of weeks ago and was told $1 per fax local. Today went in and got charged for $2 per page fax. Since it's the same price as what Pacific Printing in Tsawwassen charge, no need to drive to Ladner to save any money. Just a heads up for people who lives in Tsawwassen.

Their drivers do not attempt delivery. They leave parcels at one of their drop of points and record the parcel as delivered. Their customer services make promises to follow up and do nothing. I will not be ordering anything from Costco.ca since they use UPS and say they cannot do anything about my missing order. This whole process happens regularly.

I've worked with 3 different UPS stores in 5 years. This location has the best service. They notify you when new packages arrive, so I don't need to visit the store frequently. All questions are answered in detail. If I didn't move, I would definitely continue to work with this branch.

Never use UPS. They have zero customer service at all. Good luck trying to speak with someone regarding your package that has been held for 5 days for no reason at all. My package was also shipping from Richmond to Burnaby and it took over two weeks to come. The company is trash.

My first experience with UPS delivering to my door, and its delayed. For a completely false reason. You don't get what you pay for at all when it comes to shipping with UPS. The customer service is not helpful at all either. Will not use UPS ever again unless I have no choice.
