Great customer service team! The girls were all very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a quick and efficient. In and out in 15 minutes. Would highly recommend using them for Equipment Rentals.

Wow! The past manager, Ashely Love (more like Cranky Evil) had no matters, terrible customer service, believed 1 liar "storage neighbor" without listening what truly happened. Locked me out of my paid 24 hrs access causing me to loose an international contract worth thousands per month for 3 years. Made discriminative remarks, critized the odd hours I would be at the storage (hello if the company offers 24 hrs access why it would matter the time the customer arrives/leaves the unit, it's 24 hrs access not a 6 am to 10 pm access, that is why I paid extra so I wouldn't have restrictions ffs. Very rude, arrogant, racist that was incapable to apologize for her siding the liar customer about 6 months after truth surface.The current manager is even worse, that lacks all sort of must skills for the position. Rude, uneducated, narrow minded that screams at the customer and also allows the employee to be rude, disrespectful, to scream at the customer and make statements like "it's not our problem, that is yours", "gee pay the amount owed" in a contract that indicates someone else name on it, it doesn't even show my name anywhere on the contract but only my email address for contact. If I didn't explain to her the whole situation, she wouldn't ever know my name. However, it seems that the outstanding amount is my debt because I am associate with the customer for having my email address printed on the other's person rental truck. Wow! Uhaul is robbing people and it won't ever be penalized.Just to clarify, the move was for my belongs. I requested the previous manager Mrs Love, to keep the contract customer name as mine only and list my friend as authorized driver, as at that time I had no driver. She changed without letting me know about it. 2 years ago by fluke I found out for knowing each other, to clean my name I had to pay out. I paid it to my friend the last $300+ owe to the rental under his name only. My friend kept the $ for his living expenses (it wAs beggining of Covid crisis), he acknowledged it was his responsibility to pay Uhaul. It never crossed my mind the no payment would direct cause problems. I got no fair solution, not even an interest to reach out to serve me ... all both said to me to pay the bill.They should be fired and never work directly with the public.Also, after 12 years using UHaul storages all over mainland and Fraser valley, this location was the only one that gave me mouse/rats problems. They destroyed clothes with their toxic urine, ate everything, candles, soups, paper, etc.STAY OUT, RUN

Delta CO knew we where traveling across the country to Maryland and still gave us a UHaul that while unloaded was having transmission problems. Only got worse once loaded. We got stranded in Vail Pass had to wait for Uhaul Corp (nice lady Melissa helped us) to figure out how to help us and thanks to the Uhaul in Boudler, CO we where able to get a new truck and movers to transfer everything to our new truck! (Over all Uhaul is great just not this location)

I reserved a storage 2 weeks ago. Today they called me and gave my storage to another person . Because I rent a truck,uhaul gave me one month free, they are poor people want money so desperately so don’t trust their promo.

Worst experience ever. Made a reservation for friday morning for a 20’ truck and was told they won’t have a truck for then and I would have to drive to Vancouver to pick up a truck in the afternoon.The so called “manager” lady is actually incompetent, lacks any critical thinking, has horrible customer service and should be fired

I had booked uhaul north delta with a phone call booked for tomorrow then I called them again booked it for today and I went there at nordell way location the lady told me that my card isn't working where it works everywhere else and it works perfectly fine and the lady was not helpful but I had told her twice to cancel it and then finally she cancels it after having a small conversation

Staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with.The trailer I rented was had sand and plants inside and what looked like blood stains on the inside of the trailers walls

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! The negligence of the staff at 10158 Nordel Crt costs me the whole moving day. They forgot to check the truck before giving it to me. There was a previous customer put a lock on the rear trunk. So we drove all the way from Delta to Richmond to find out that we cannot use the truck. Then when I called them, they were super unresponsive, so incompetent in finding the solution. At first, they asked me to drive all the way back to Delta to change the truck. But I said no because that costs me time . And then they put me on hold for 1 hour without saying anything. Then finally they get me a locksmith which took him another hour to reach me. So I wasted whole TWO hours, just standing under 30-degree weather, And then I couldn't pick up all of my furniture as I late for my appointment. I had the whole day plan to move to ABBOTSFORD !! And if you check the record of my phone call with this Location, I received NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY from them. They just blamed other co-workersI file a complain to this location and Uhaul staff got back to me saying sorry there is nothing they can do about it :)

This review is for the South Delta location of Uhaul. Absolutely unprofessional, untrustworthy, bordering on criminal. My son booked and confirmed a truck to move to Alberta in Oct. 2021 for March 2022. He was all packed, house was no longer available as he had given notice, quit his job, lined up a job and house in Alberta, all packed up, kids' arrangements were already made, rental house cleaned and - Uhaul calls him up the afternoon of the DAY BEFORE the truck was booked for, AND CANCELLED HIS TRUCK AND TRAILER!!! No amount of arguing and haggeling could convince the immigrant girls at Uhaul to HONOR THEIR CONTRACT! Uhaul is a scandalous organization that needs to be shut down for FRAUD! DO NOT TRUST UHAUL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! Really what should have followed is legal action.

I've had mixed experiences with Uhaul mainly due to well used equipment in need of maintenance. The last 3 rentals went very well. The vehicles here are in great condition and close to new. I couldn't believe the fuel economy of the 10 foot truck. It drives like a van very low to ground easy to load. Cargo van is good on gas as well. Customer service is good but you can pretty much rent completely online which works well

If I could give this place zero I would. I just waited in their office for 20 minutes while no employee was there. It's terrible business practice to leave a store opened by itself. I never even laid eyes on an employee. This location is lucky I'm an honest person and would never loot the place. If I owned this location I would fire whoever was working. They wasted my time and now other storage places are closed. I won't be using their services ever. This is the worst retail experience I've ever had. At least when employees are rude in retail they are present. Absolutely ridiculous. Whoever was working January 24th 2022 at 5:30ish should lose their job.

I received top notch customer service at this location. Through a mistake in communicating when booking a last-minute moving truck over the phone, I showed up at this dealership instead of the one mistakenly booked. The young lady at the desk was able to help me cancel the mis-booking and set me up with a truck with less than ten minutes’ time. As such, we made our deadline and this was a great stress saver. I do not remember her name but kudos for excellence in service and kindness! I should add that the vehicle was in good repair and worked as expected.

Absolutely appalling customer service. We followed the instructions the staff gave us when dropping off the truck and they got a ticket and charged it to our credit card. After jumping through hoops trying to find someone to speak to they told is they needed to pull the recording of the call to confirm whether or not we were given incorrect parking information (which we were). Conveniently for them, the recording mysteriously disappeared and the refused to rectify the issue. Talk about sketchy.
