Shocked by the service, purchased a 1000 vape and it lasted me less than a week and I didn’t use 1000 vapes . I used approx about 100 maybe 150 and they stated sorry the unit is dried up. Rather purchase from next door at Delta Shoppers Newstand- it’s cheaper and better service!

Bad management. I won a give away on instagram and they don't care about honoring their giveaway they just ignore my messages. Go to delta news stand instead. It's right beside vaporhaze and has better deals and honors their giveaways.

The staff was nice but the manager was rude, unwilling to be of any assistance when their system took the order, charged me for it, emailed me days later saying available for pick up but there was no product to pick up. Although the “manager” said he knew the system had made a mistake he took no preemptive measures like calling, or canceling the order before 5 days had passed. He made no attempts whatsoever to compensate me for my time or effort (offer 10% off something else maybe?) no sincere apology - Nothing, Nada, thank Bubcas. Ten days in and still no refund for a bogus order that should have never been processed. Not a great amount of money but the point is the attitude. It was insulting, annoying and frustrating. Huge waste of time. This so called manager rudely questioned my knowledge of how terminals work. You should have used your inside voice buddy. I know how good business is done and that’s not it. A simple accounting and stock maintenance app or program would be better use of your time instead of insulting your customer base. AVOID AVOID AVOID the store on 120th in Delta, BC. Better yet, with a vape store every block avoid the whole franchise? Chain?
