I was recently in Vinca's kitchen as I have heard many great things about your store! I was so pleased with the variety of products, however I was not too impressed by the staff. I felt somewhat dismissed by one of the women specifically, she had short dark hair with floral tattoos. This does not make me think any less of your store but I do think it's necessary to have someone up front that is welcoming and patient with customers. How can I make this zero stars? The fact that my comment got deleted and this girl made a comment online about how great her own store is says it all. Do not go here

When I was a younger person one of my favourite places to go shopping in was always kitchen stores. Ladner hands down has the best kitchen stores I’ve ever had the privilege to visit. Great friendly staff, a massive array of products that you never knew existed or that you needed.

The current staff is incredible! Very lucky to have this gem of a store in town loved and cared for by the amazing team! Absolutely love the selection, everything for the beginner and the elite! Huge plus, there are a ton of cooking classes with amazing chefs! A MUST visit!

Love this place. Fantastic customer service, the don’t stock junk, and I always get knowledgeable advice without the upsell spin. Small shop so well stocked. Prices are competitive to, so before you think you will get a better deal at the bigger places, check this place out.
