My Mom had a high glucose, Harvey suggested, to call my doctor. Turns out my Mom had a glucose of 67.Without Harvey, the pharmacists' advice to call my doctor, my Mom would have died. They are not just a pharmacy. They are dedicated health professionals who truly care.

I went to Viva Care Medical Clinic in Delta, staff was not friendly and the doctor (Dr Kumar) has poor bedside manners. I had a PAP test, ironically she got no interest of your reproductive health. I brought up a concern and she did not bother to ask or check, I was told (while she was walking out of the room) to discuss my concern to my doctor (when she's a doctor), Was she just a technician? She also asked me how I found her clinic to have a PAP test cause I was like overdue for a test. I told her I found it on the internet, and she told rather condescedingly that I should have done that 2 years ago, like HELLO? it was COVID lockdown during those times, did she just forget or had an amnesia? By the way you get to drop off your own PAP test to the LAB yourself. What an awful experience, I would not recommend and waste your time going to this clinic. If you are looking to feel better and have answers to your medical questions, then this is not the place to go.

The two 1-star ratings are understandably frustrated clients of NOT the PHARMACY but the DOCTOR'S office. Bad culture comes from one or more people sustaining it. Given doctors think they're gods, that office culture is doomed to perpetuate bad taste. Pharmacy staff is and has been polite, VERY MUCH SO, for all the years I've known them. They understand and sustain dignity.

One of the worst doctor, i have ever came across. She doesn't let you speak your mind. When i tried to explain the situation, she literally yelled at me. When my appointment lasted little longer then 3 mins, she walked out of the room. And asked to make 2 appointments for my next visit. My blood test showed that i am anemic and she didn't inform me. It was after 5 months when i saw a specialist. He informed me that i am anemic according to the blood report that my doctor (kumar) had sent... Thats how much she cares.... The front staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Dr.Kumar is the worst. When I first started going to her she would listen and talk and now you just get attitude from here. Shes very impatient which shouldnt be the case for a doctor. Also she does not listen to Patients. I wanted a blood test requested and she refused it saying it was done 7 months ago but blood results can change in a few hours let alones many months ago.
