More like Veterinarians. The doctor hasnt resolved any of my issues after 4 visits. They didnt fill my prescription, then I called and asked them to fill it again and they did not respond so I made an office visit and the doc finally sent in the prescription after 6 months of waiting, but subscribed the wrong drug. Now I have to visit again. And they also advise on their website that it could be a 2 hour wait and if you leave of cancel you will be fined $50. Typical third world healthcare by BC Govmnt.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Dr. Gagan and their clinic. It’s been 4 weeks of complete mismanagement. They booked two phone appointments with the doctor—
First time, the doctor never called me, yet falsely claimed to have called the patient.
Second time, after waiting 1.5 weeks, I got a call from the doctor 40 minutes after the scheduled time, even though I had clearly mentioned I work during that time.
They then told me the doctor now wants to see me in person, and threatened a $50 no-show fee if I missed it. I showed up for my in-person appointment at 10:10 AM and waited 25 minutes, only to be told again that the doctor still had 3 patients ahead of me. I reminded them (again!) that I have work at 11 AM, but they clearly didn’t care.
This clinic has zero professionalism, no respect for patients’ time, and poor communication. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

It's my go to pharmacy. Staff is helpful, speak English clearly and provide helpful information.. Quick and fast transaction.
