I went there to buy my safety shoes for Amazon. Being a new employee I didn't had much knowledge about anything. Charanjeet really helped me a lot in finding a nice pair of safety shoes. Being new to the country and finding such helpful people makes you feel at home. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for your great service.

Very bad customer service, there's one old guy who was helping me was always sticking to me. He wasn't ready to give me any space. But at the same time when I asked him about some products then he started saying made up things. Upon checking their website I found out he doesn't have any true knowledge about the stuff. That man doesn't even know the difference between CSA grades. I felt so bad and left the store. If you don't know anything maybe ask your supervisor or manager why saying false things. Sugarcoating doesn't mean customer service in the real world. Won't suggest this place to anyone.

Mukesh was very helpful even though he was juggling like 4 different groups of guests. Super professional and surprise! the whole transaction was covered! Even though it was more than my voucher was good for. Not sure if that was because I'm a Costco employee or whatnot but it was an overall great experience. Quick and painless!

Stay away from this location. I got a pair of $200 work shoes that i wore one day in my office. The shoes did not fit well so I went here to exchange them for something else. (Shoes weren’t dirty nor had any signs of wear & tear) these guys said their company doesnt offer comfort guarantee and thus they can’t do anything about it. I showed them the receipt and the recipient said that the only reason they can not accept shoes if they are visibly soiled. The work authority store in langley replaced it without any issues. I will be reporting them to work authority corporate office.

I visited this place today morning to buy safety shoes as I work on weekdays and I had to leave quickly as I had an appointment at 11. the place was so packed with only one cashier. The owner of the place might be fooling up themselves by just keeping a single staff member on weekends they should understand its Saturday and people might be off on weekends and would come to buy safety products. By keeping less staff will just ruin your own business, this doesn’t makes sense, usually I don’t write reviews but not just me other customers were also frustrated and felt the same way. Don’t take me wrong but its just that you could serve more people and profit more by placing more staff member at least two on weekends everyone works whole day and take out some time for shopping up things that are their priority if they find long waiting then they would find an alternative place which could serve them faster with enough staff and same products though this place has competitive offers but others too have good offers. 1 stars for the Poor lady for being patient.
