Dhaval and Justin run the type of pharmacy that should be used as an example during a pharmacists training. Their entire staff are caring, kindhearted, extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. They go above and beyond and treat everyone with respect and kindness. Truly a refreshing way to run a business that actually helps people, truly cares about people’s health and well being and makes a difference in their community! Very fast and convenient. Prescription sent directly to our pharmacy. Thankful this exists as getting into a clinic is near impossible. And our family doctor is 3 weeks so for a minor problem, this is fabulous.

When you've had Justin as a pharmacist and Jessie as a pharm assistant you have to follow them. I thought all was lost then found Justin had purchased Budget Pharmacy Duncan. Best team in the business! Try them!!!

Thank you for the phone call. 4 hours late. Unfortunately the call was dropped part way thru the appointment. The Dr never phoned back but sent the prescription to a pharmacy that was closed. So really did not help with an increasing infection. Too bad the Dr was not able to care a bit more to make sure we got the prescription on the same day.

I have never seen a pharmacy, treat people with such respect, such patience and kindness. They do incredible work and bonus. They’re even less expensive than London Drugs and all the rest who treat you horribly.

Very unprofessional I don't know where these guys got their training but it clear they were absent the day the instructor was teaching customer service
