Took truck in for inspection, needs alignment & tires, tires put on with impact as bent tire wrench trying to get off... took back & they destroyed ignition & fob. watched the tech fight with the key, pulled key out of locked pos. & brought back broken key, taped it up & gave it back to me...told me to bring in to replace tumblers but seemed to be to complicated so told to take to honda which said they can t tell if it was worn or butchered... this has been going back & forth for 6 weeks TOTAL S. SHOW ,STAY AWAY FROM SERVICE AS IF U DON T HAVE PROBLEMS WHEN U GO IN U WILL LEAVING, CHECK YOUR VEHICAL CLOSELY BEFORE LEAVING.....

Horrible Service in the Auto Centre! Booked in 4 days ago to have a full synthetic road ready package to get done and was using a fleet account for this. Well they haven’t dealt with this fleet card here before and so I can understand the confusion on that part but the staff was just rude and unprofessional! They didn’t care to try and call the fleet company until I called and got ahold of them. Then I find out that they are only doing an oil change and not the tire rotation that is part of the package all because they booked it for 4:30pm and there techs get off at 4:30pm! We then got it all processed and I walked away wondering why the price had dropped to $80 well they changed my oil change to a conventional oil change from the full synthetic. This is the worst shop ever! Wasted so much time and yet only get half the work done and I only came here because of the Full Synthetic Road Ready Package! If I knew this was the service I was getting I would have gone anywhere else! ADVOID THIS PLAVE LIKE THR PLEDGE!!!

Awful service via telephone ugh. I’d simply been asking questions about recommended work that **they’d printed up—oh no, lol, my work order has been deleted only a week later ha! Well, thank you CT as I’ve since found a great shop so you did me a huge favour!! ?

Made a mistake regarding the wheel balancing done at the Duncan store, turns out it was not a bad balancing issue but problems with the front end. Bob and Mark did an excellent job going over what needs to be done, and after having it explained to me, it all made perfect sense and was very obvious. I gave them the ok to order the parts needed and will set up an appointment to have the work done at the Duncan Canadian Tire store a soon a possible.

Very friendly service, always stocked with whatever you are looking for.l find some pricing a little high on some items compared to other stores but other than that great place to shop, clean and they allow dogs and that's cool ??.

I need six Duracell 9 volt batteries.
Cheapest price was on Amazon but I decided to pick them up at Canadian tire.
The website said they had (17) 2 packs in stock.
There were none on the shelf so I had two employees searching for them. Non could be found.
I asked them if they would sell me the single packs at the same price.
The said no.
Spent money on gas for nothing.
Poor customer service.
I should have ordered them on Amazon.

It's pretty ok. You buy stuff. To do things. Flex card is dope for bigger purchases. Keeps me coming back. But watch out for the cheap stuff. Buy better quality and act Canadian when your there. You get extra points.

I booked a car appointment for 3 issues: a tire change, oil change and to run a diagnostic on a check engine light and to fix whatever issue is causing it. I dropped my car off for the appointment. 90 minutes later I get a call that the car is ready. I ask what they did and they say tires are changed and they found my car mat was lodged under my pedals so they fixed that. I ask did they do the oil change, they said no it wasn't in the notes. I said that it was in the original appointment notes when I booked. So they take another 90 minutes to change the oil and I go pick up the car. They say oil is changed, tires are good to go but the check engine light is still on. They say they won't charge me for it but to keep an eye on the light and if it stays on to come back. I don't know, but when I spend nearly $1000 I expect basic competency. I was thorough when I scheduled my appointment of the 3 issues I needed checked (I reviewed it twice with the person on the phone. And he was pleasant to deal with). The fact that they forgot 2 of them or didn't write them down is unacceptable customer service. Needless to say I won't be going back.

What a horrible shopping experience at the Canadian Tire in Duncan just now. I ordered a set of 4 tires online a few days ago. Today I got an email sent to me informing me that the set of four tires was available for pickup. I arrived at the typical pickup window only to find that they no longer offer a manned pick up window but instead you must punch in a pin or a QR code scan. Upon entering my code and attempting to scan my QR code after the pin code came back as invalid, I received a message informing me that the code was not good for pickup. I then went to the exchange window whom were the people that directed me to the new pick up window to pick up the tires. Then they asked me to go back to the pick up window and buzz and someone would come to help me. A young lady came and directed me to the parts counter whom had to go looking for my tires and took some time to gather them. The whole idea with shopping online through Canadian tire is a seamless pickup /shopping experience where you simply shop online, pay and quickly pick up your items and leave the store, which clearly wasn't the case for me today. Once I picked up the tires I was racially profiled by the cashiers whom chased after me demanding that they see my receipt because it appeared that I was just simply walking away with a with a set of four tires without paying for them.
The customer behind me said to me "Wow you just got racially profiled there bud and it was very clear" he said. I feel completely disrespected of my time and dignity after being racially profiled where their own customer said so (on camera if it their store camera records sound) and as a result I will not be shopping at Canadian Tire going forward anymore. I feel very disrespected and my dignity taken away from me by supporting this business.
I would NOT recommend anyone shop at this Canadian Tire store.

Be careful when using the 24 month interest payment plan at this location! I recently made a large purchase at this Candian Tire and used my CT Mastercard in order to apply the 24 month interest free payment plan. I was very clear with the cashier that I wanted to apply payment plan (I repeated this about 4 times). After I paid I was told the plan was applied. The next week I returned to the store and spoke with customer service because my CT app did not display that the payment plan was applied to my purchase. I was told to just wait for the bill to come in. When my bill came in, again there was no payment plan applied. I went back into the store and again was told to "wait", however my first payment was due in a few days. I called Mastercard and they told me that no payment plan ever applied to my purchase. Mastercard was able to fix the issue for me, but canadian tire did nothing, even after visiting the store 2 times in person. If I had listened to the CT customer service and "just waited" and hadn't called Mastercard myself I would have been paying interest on my purchase and I would have no longer been eligible for the 24 month payment plan because if you miss a payment the plan is canceled by mastercard. So be careful at this location. They clearly don't understand thier own payment plan promotion and it might end up costing you money.

Bought tires on sale.
No sign indicating tires are clearance anywhere in store,.
Specifically asked 3 people prior to install if this tire was available for full warranty, and not one said a word about it being on clearance. Sales lady, technician who booked it. Technician who took the keys day of install.
Read the paperwork after and apparently I declined tire care garantee. (Gets rid of pro rated portion of warranty)
Was told the sale girl should have known they were clearance. What about the other 2 people who I asked?
Inspect install after and damaged rim as well. Took pictures of rims prior to install.
Remedy was to buy different tires. And pay for another install. Yeah super customer service. Avoid like the plauge for tires.

Zero staff out on the floor, walked around for 10 minutes before I finally started asking and calling out to see if there was anybody around. Hire some staff.
