“"Friendly staff, and helpful" Truthfully, I wish this place would leap into selling produce products, that be a game changer. My wife and I, are finding more items that are economically viable, and in many cases cheaper than Wally Word and Superstore. With the economy, inflation, cost of living, govt, and war, we're finding Dollarama to be a vital addition to the budget, pantry, and various household items.”
“Recently moved to Cowichan no matter where I go I always have to check out all of the dollar stores in the area, ive been to every dollar store in Cowichan Ive chosen Dollar Tree as my go to Dollar Store! I go there now mainly for the drinks the prices are cheaper than gas station prices, dont even get me started about the chocolate lol I feel like every time i go there for munchies theres always a different flavor chocolate bar that i didnt know existed. The staff are helpful and friendly i feel like i have to give a shout out to two workers who helped me on separate occasions, i had the hardest time finding an item this young man Jordan pointed me in the right direction and i found what I was looking for, this one evening during the first week i moved into town i think his name was Don im not afraid of homeless people but i notice they seem to come out at night i dont have a vehicle yet i asked Don what areas i should avoid during the evening and he told me which spots in town i should avoid walking around especially during night time he did say mention during the day those areas are less sketchy and he said something along the lines of not all homeless people are out to get you but to still be careful
Anyway great store, very convenient during my laundry days polite staff members! You guys will be seeing me a lot more. - Shaun J”
