Hello. I paid a 100 dollars to have my work boots repaired. The replacement zipper on one boot broke after about the 5th time, I zipped up my boots. The first time I used them was for a hike. My ankles were sore within 10 minutes. I pronate severely in the boots. This caused me to turn back from my hike prematurely. I have heard great things from family about the quality of service offered here. However my experience was disappointing. I would imagine the service for most customers is good. I am just reviewing my experience.

Really shocked by how this business have treated me. They sent me a repair so poorly done that the boot fell apart the first time I put it on. I had to send it back to them, costing me quite a lot of money. They are now ignoring all my emails asking to be reimbursed for the mailing cost.

I have very flat, narrow feet and pretty much every pair of sandals I buy don’t fit properly. I bring them all here and they fix them as though they were made for me, quickly and reasonably. I hope they never close, because I cannot recommend them highly enough. ❤️❤️❤️

I went to the shop last week while I was on vacation and got a button installed on my motorcycle vest and the Lady was very happy to help me out… Awesome job and thanks for helping me out.! I really recommend this Shop for their services and Professionalism.!

I had hoped that the handling of the paying customer would have improved with their new location. Unfortunately, it did not.
Based upon the mood change when i entered the room, the ignored friendliness and banter I attempted to use, and the quote that was somehow doubled when I assembled the pair of shoes, I can only make assumptions. And the assumptions are not good for this community.
For those of you who have been judged based upon your appearance know how we are treated. This place treated me as such in both locations.
I will no longer be supporting this local business and I will happily drive to Victoria or Nanaimo (and further!) for all my shoe repair needs.

Five stars, I have dropped off a few work boots and they had them fixed in no time flat. I put all my shoes and boots through a lot. I will definitely be back in the future

Great service together with great quality due to expertise and experience. They’ve done several great improvements for us from leather booties for our Dalmatian dog in old age and modifying mountain bike shoes for EXCELLENT fit.

I just had my first ‘cobbler experience,’ and it was excellent! Amazing customer service and the staff were able to fix my shoe dilemma right then and there! I will definitely be going back!
