This was my sons secont hair cut in a salon. I usually did it myself, from the secont we walked in the blond lady w shoulder length hair and glasses was making dings at me ranging from "yes next time dont touch it bring him in to telling my son next time she comes at u w clippers run" she at one point jabbed the back of my sons head. He started crying. Then proceeded to tell him hes fine, she was litterally pulling the hair on his head, stating hes fine. She didnt care she hurt him, didnt car how he was. She wrecked his experience for him.
He litterally started crying in the parkinglot , telling me how much she pulled on his hair. She blamed his hair for being too thick.
This woman was horrible and we will never go there again.

I went in for a hair trim because it was long overdue . The young lady that did the trim, was very respectful responsive and welcoming.
