Island Saw and Turf is a business that provides very good and awesome customer service. The staff are really great people who offer knowledgeable advice and greet customers with a warm hello and a smile. They are known for their quick repairs, often completing the work in a short period of time or the same day. The price for service is often better than expected, adequate, and with no unexpected waiting for parts. They fix equipment to the customer's satisfaction, sometimes fixing more than anticipated. They service a wide range of equipment including power washers, small gas equipment, chain saws, generators, pole pruners, work saws, weed eaters, and mowers. They help customers stay up and running, even going out of their way to find parts for old equipment with sentimental value. Customers are very happy and very pleased with the work, would not hesitate to recommend the business, and definitely consider it a great local business.

Went in for a hard to find bar. They didn’t have one in stock so without hesitation the guy behind the counter took one off a complete saw and sold it to me. I work all around BC and go into a lot of saw shops and this was definitely above and beyond. Would shop there again in a heartbeat.
