Island Saw and Turf is a business that provides very good and awesome customer service. The staff are really great people who offer knowledgeable advice and greet customers with a warm hello and a smile. They are known for their quick repairs, often completing the work in a short period of time or the same day. The price for service is often better than expected, adequate, and with no unexpected waiting for parts. They fix equipment to the customer's satisfaction, sometimes fixing more than anticipated.
They service a wide range of equipment including power washers, small gas equipment, chain saws, generators, pole pruners, work saws, weed eaters, and mowers. They help customers stay up and running, even going out of their way to find parts for old equipment with sentimental value. Customers are very happy and very pleased with the work, would not hesitate to recommend the business, and definitely consider it a great local business.
With Mill Bay Power Products being shut down, I was at a loss as to where to take my chainsaw for servicing. It was recommended that I go to Island Saw since I needed the chain on my chainsaw replaced. He did it while I waited. Totally satisfied. Will go again.

I thought I had an unfixable issue with my lawn tractor. Ken assured me they could fix it . His mechanic did a bang up job getting my machine up and running. And at a extremely reasonable price. Thanks again Ken

I brought my little Greenworks chain saw in for repair when the chain came off. They had a new chain put on in 20 minutes. Not often that you get great service any more but this was certainly the exception. Highly recommended for their service.
