“I have been in a few times now, and have had dealings with all 3 young ladies. Dana has a heart bigger than Canada, however her business conversation skills leave something to be desired. She gets off topic and discusses personal medical issues as if everyone was her closest friend, and forgets that there are other customers around that just want to be in and out.
Belinda is almost too efficient, and is great when in a rush and do not need conversation or help with repairs.
Sandy is my go to though. She will ask questions to be sure she is getting the right thing without making you feel like an idiot, she waves at people coming in the door and makes eye contact, and even though she holds conversations, you can see she is either pulling things out, repairing, or putting things in the computer at the same time.
The ladies are all knowledgeable, and will impart amazing information, but I think Sandy is the one with customer service background. I go on Tiesday afternoons for this reason. They make amazing custom designs there, AND they send you to where you need to go to get random things. Amazing gals.”
