“I just have to say that the woman in the store are absolutely amazing.I walked in there today with a necklace that my son had bought his girlfriend. And it has snapped in half. I live in Chemainus and when I went to the silver mine store by the little roundabout, the lady there told me that she doesn’t work on other peoples jewelry, and that it didn’t look like the necklace was very expensive. Needless to say, it was a very sad experience. I couldn’t imagine if my son had walked into that store and wanted his necklace fixed for his girlfriend. And that lady told me the only place that would fix it would be in Nanaimo.So I drove down to Duncan and went into the Gem store. And the women there were more than happy to help me mend the necklace that was a gift for Christmas to my son’s girlfriend. Thank you again ladies for being so amazing.”
