Really rude ladies today. Usually my medication for my son is covered. Not even told it wasn’t. They wouldn’t check to make sure what was up just said it changes all the time. Never gave me a receipt either so I could see what exactly I paid for and what was covered. $30 for amoxicillin that is covered according to msp.

Extremely rude and condescending ladies working at the pharmacy 2 days ago. Gave me a very hard time because my prescription was from the mainland emergency room.

Superstore Duncan is very slow and staff seems to change almost daily. Difficult to develop a relationship with my pharmacist. The Loblaw Pharmacy at the Warehouse outlet in Esquimalt is the best ever! Great staff, good relationships, timely service.Both have the best pricing on most drugs.

This Pharmacy has gone downhill unfortunately.It does not have the same staff there anymore and they have been slow and unorganized as far as I can see.
