Ya - don’t bother. All Internet sites say this store opens at 9 AM. In fact, apparently their hours start at 10 AM. Why should I do business with a store that cannot even manage to keep their most basic information up-to-date. This misinformation caused me a bunch of waste of time and effort, not to mention gas for a wasted trip from Ladysmith. Went elsewhere and will never ever shop at Mark’s again. Total disrespect and lack of care for their customers time.

Staff was super nice and helpful. I had a particular situation where there didn’t have my size online for 20% off. Upon coming to the store, they had my size in person but by then, the sale had already ended the day before. As I explained to the staff about what happened, she then proceeded to give me a 25% discount that wasn’t supposed to start till the day after in order to help me out. Really appreciate the small gesture and it totally made my day. Thanks again!

I have yet to come shopping at Mark's and get assistance.
Today I specifically asked for help from a manager and still no one came to assist. Not sure where customer service became optional

Have not been to Mark's for years and not sure why. Great products, some great deal and very good quality. Went twice in 2 days, found so.ething each time. Will be back.

Was here to find some clothes today and couldn’t find a worker for the life of me, had to ask multiple times for help. Everyone around was needing assistance and couldn’t find anyone either. The 2 ladies with headphones that looked like supervisors were hiding in the back and would come out only when the one girl working the floor would call them. Then they would disappear again while there were people all over needing help. Had to wait forever for someone to let me in the change room. Overall bad customer service.
