“I would just like to thank Ford at Duncan Staples for the excellent service he provided for me today.
I was unsure as to what kind of ink cartridges were required for an older printer/fax machine, and he patiently took the time to research it for me even though what I required was not in stock at the store. I truly appreciated his help and feel that his knowledge and patient, kind demeanour is a real asset to your store. It’s service like this that will have me returning to this store for my future purchases. 😊”
“Staff is always so kind and accommodating, I couldnt find a book awhile ago which was funnily enough in plain view and three staff members were more than happy to help me find it.
I've been coming here since I was a child, never a bad interaction or experience. It has a lovely, warm, inviting atmosphere that always makes me excited to come back on my next visit.”
