Was charged an extra $5.00 kiosk fee when I went inside to prepay. Is this just an added expense or a penalty because I made an over estimation on how much gas I needed. If it's a charge everytime and I get less than $250 cash at the end of the year, it's just not worth it to get fuel at coop.

Went in to get a co-op card, the lady with grey hair and glasses at the front desk laughed when I asked to set up an account and was extremely rude. Won’t be using co-op or setting up an account. Do better for your customers.

Bought 5 liters in a 10 liter gas can. Level was 1/4 should be 1/2. Lady manager was condescending and rude. She said it must be the can! It's a red everyday 10 liter gas can. I asked her to measure the amount as it was witnessed by her employee. She said she is not obligated.
There are many reviews mentioning her...does anyone read them?
She was on today, May 24th 2024 @12 noon
If she is that rude to me, what are the workers going through.
Never going back.

This is a great place to pick up propane. There's a car was, gas station, convenience store and 2 BC Hydro fast charge stations.Located behind Thrifties just off the highway on Canada Avenie.

Very disappointed in this Coop. Came for a coffee and the milk was expired and had chunks. When I told the ladies behind the counter, their reaction was to laugh and proudly explain this was just one reason they would never have Coop coffee. Then, not only did they still charge me for the coffee but didn't even offer to stamp my card. Suffice it to say, they convinced me to never get coffee at a Coop location.
