So hey I'm assuming supervisor but was wearing a black apron with purple hair and purple contacts while I was talking to this person kept telling me they were confused didn't know what was going on and they needed an extra minute because they had only just got there when you get to work you need to be ready and willing to be able to do everything and telling people that you were confused and you don't know what's going on he actually seemed like he was very high and I have my doubts that person is capable of doing their job properly please see do it in this person is dealt with so your rest of your team doesn't suffer further for his incompetence

Very bad customer service they don’t know how to treat a customer I went to customer service desk to ask something and there was a golden hair lady and she was so so rude to me and even she didn’t ask my problem i thought she don’t want to work or she was frustrated from her job I wanted to make a complaint over there but I was in hurry also I feel so bad that.

Apparently the self check outs are closed to renovating. Some one had mentioned that if you are going in to get a prescription and paying for it at the pharmacy you still need to wait in line at the tills to get out . They went to customer service desk and inquired about how to get out and they told them to wait in line. If this is the case and they have closed off exits someone needs to call the fire department to check that out . It’s against the law to not have enough exits in a store that size . Poor planning on management side for sure

Prices are absolutely sky high, produce and meat are rotting on the shelves and security measures feel oppressive and unfriendly. Will be cancelling my PC credit card and will not be back to any Loblaws property unless massive changes are made.

I used to shop here most weekends. Galen has jacked prices up so high that the fake farmers market on the way into town is now a better deal, despite marketing to tourists. Prices have more than doubled on many staples I would buy here. I won’t be back.

This is a VERY specific shout-out to the crew that makes the prepped meals. First of all, I love you guys. Your efforts have fed my lazy butt and saved me more hours than I can count. Second of all, the butter chicken wasn't bad, it wasn't great but it wasn't bad. It was decent, for a store bought pre-prepped lazy boy experience. Now today I noticed it looked different! There's some new spices on them chicken and rice! I grabbed one along with the other groceries I was there for, and I'm currently enjoying it as I type this up. It's really fricken good! Everyone who works here is awesome

I haven't shopped at the superstore for some time now after moving from the area.
I went there the other day and the prices were reasonable and there were many items on discount.
Good selections and variety of produce, meat, fish and dairy.

Superstore used to sell good cook-it-yourself pizza for $6. Now they sell different mediocre pizza for $12. I can’t understand how a mediocre pizza is worth more at double the price.

Went there on Friday for several items that the flyer advertised. No stocks, signs up; when I ask the staffs, they asked us to come back on Saturday. The seafood section is basically lack of selection on Frozen products and no fresh shellfish in the water tanks.
Dry food and bakery sections are okay compared to nanimno location. Will go there instead. Do better please
