Absolutely awful. Hands down the worst bank I have ever dealt with. So much wrong with Scotiabank as a whole that I can't even begin to list all the things. This particular branch is also terrible which is not a surprise.

I have been with Scotiabank since 1988, today they told me to come back next week to get a bank draft FOR ONE OF THEIR OWN CHEQUES! This is after I spent twenty fruitless minutes trying to reach them by phone. Sad, really.
