Tried this store after walking out of Walk in Comfort when it became obvious clerk had ZERO interest in helping me find a few pairs of suitable shoes......everything was SO much trouble and there were just SO many problems, etc. etc. Staff here were lovely - helpful and friendly. Found two pairs of shoes from high end brands for less than I was prepared to pay for a single pair. Suggest you start here if you are looking for footwear - this store seems to actually want and appreciate business.

When you're looking for a deal, look no further. The Shoe Company has you covered! With their already low prices, they have a clearance section, too. Why spend $200 on one pair? You can get 3 pairs for the same price @TheShoeCompany ? an if you can't make it in to the store. Just go online, and the shipment is pretty fast! Sometimes you can actually find better deals on their website. Shhh, I didn't tell ya that ?

Excellent customer service, I bought my son the wrong size shoes and when i came back the next day not only did they takenthe shoes back with no issues but they helped me find a good pair that fitnhim perfectly, Thanks Manny!!! Ill be recommending your store to everyone

The sales associate was very helpful. The selection seems to be alittle scare for kids than the last time I came but we were still able to find shoes we needed. They had really good clearance sales going on too.

Mostly a help yourself experience. Although when I did ask about a particular shoe size they were able to look at the sizing range for me.

Decent selection, prices a bit higher than I'd like but not unfair. They also have a very large clearance section (25% off) organized by size, which is helpful. If you can find something there it takes a bit of the sting out.The staff is very nice and helpful. I wish it was a bit easier to social distance in the store but that is true about lots of places. I went at midday on a weekday and there was one other customer so it was manageable.
