While I was waiting for them to repair my tire, I overheard one of the tire technicians answer a phone call where the caller was requesting something outside the scope of what is offered at Joe’s, the tire tech not only made a suggestion of another business that could do that job, he also found the contact number for the other business and gave it to the caller, demonstrating professionalism, honesty, helpfulness, and above and beyond service.
